Pro-Wilson PAC comes out swinging for Harrell

The PAC backing challenger Katie Wilson’s bid for Seattle mayor dropped a spicy attack on incumbent Bruce Harrell this week. Katie Wilson for an Affordable Seattle spent $60,000 sending 86,218 copies of this mailer:
That’s the upper half of one side of the mailer. (We cropped it so it would fit our layout on Substack.) The lower half is a series of broken-promise points.
Here’s why you should care about this: Even though the PAC has (at least for the moment) less than a fifth of the money available to the independent committee backing Harrell, they’re playing aggressively, hoping to sustain the momentum of a first-place finish in the August primary.
